Natural Health Daily (“NHD”, “we”, “us”) is an editorial publication operated by Praslin Digital, a brand of SeybizAI Automations. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit thenaturalhealthdaily.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. Specifically:

• Aggregate visit data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring page, time of visit) for security and traffic analysis. We do not connect this data to your identity.
• Email address — only if you give it. When our newsletter launches, an email address will only be collected if you choose to subscribe. We will not buy, rent, or sell your address, and you can unsubscribe with a single click in any email we send.
• No account login. Reading articles on NHD does not require an account. We do not ask you to register.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies:

• Essential cookies that allow the site to function (e.g. remembering whether you have closed an interstitial). These cannot be disabled without breaking the site.
• Privacy-preserving analytics that count page views in aggregate. We do not run cross-site tracking pixels, behavioural ad networks, or fingerprinting scripts.

Affiliate links and third-party sites

NHD is written for adults — specifically women over 40 — and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 16.

Your rights

If you are in the UK, EU, or California, you have the right to ask what information (if any) we hold about you, request that we delete it, or object to specific processing. Write to hello@thenaturalhealthdaily.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security

We host on Vercel and use HTTPS for all traffic. While no system can be guaranteed against intrusion, we take reasonable steps to protect information you give us, including limiting who has access to it.
